ZoO TiMe

We finally had a warm weekend so we decided to visit our local zoo! We took Clint's friend Colton with us. Even though we didn't take any kids with us, I decided we are all still kids at heart and enjoyed the trip just as much as a bunch of anxious little kiddos. Although the plus part was we were able to see everything at a faster pace. We saw Lions...

Tigers....

No Bears, BUT oh MY..

That is one big pile of poo! It was equivalent to the size of a small child, no kidding. Yuck! We were even able to ride a Rhino! Ok so it wasn't real but it was probably more fun then riding a real one :)

Our favorite was the tigers. They were pretty playful on this particular day, to the point where Clint made the comment that we could get away with murder right behind that huge group of people admiring the Tigers. Everyone's eyes and full attention were on the Tigers. I think that was everyone's favorite attraction.

A close second, in my opinion, was the Elephants. There was a new baby elephant named Zuri. She was super cute

We saw just about everything

there was to

see all in about 1 hour. Including some of their bird show, Gorillas, reptiles, Ostriches, oh our up close and personal friend the giraffe, and literally EVERYTHING a the little Hogle Zoo had to offer us. We all had a blast! By the end of our trip to the zoo we were all pretty exhausted. Luckily there were some rocking chairs awaiting us at the end in the sanctuary we all seek on a hot day, shade!
