Easter

Happy Easter to all! 

We are so grateful for this time to celebrate our Savior and his atoning sacrifice for us. He suffered Everything for us because He loves us THAT much. Because of Him we can have an eternal family and have the opportunity to live with Him and our Heavenly Father again, if we just take advantage of His gift to us and keep the commandments. That is what I love about the gospel of Jesus Christ. It is never too late! It is never too late to be forgiven. That is His gift to us. He knew the world we would enter would be full of trials and temptations. He knew we would make mistakes. That is why He provided a way for us to be redeemed. He paid the price. Through the Savior and His gospel we can find the truest form of happiness, an eternal happiness. I am so grateful for my Savior and the sacrifice He so selflessly made in my behalf. I know that He does indeed live. He was resurrected on the third day. I can feel His presence in my life and to that I am so very grateful. I know He loves me. I know He loves everyone beyond all comprehension to man. How could he not?! He suffered all things for us! He knows all our pain. He always knows how we feel because He too has felt that very same thing. I am grateful for my Savior's example for me. I want to try to mimic that example in my life and be as Christ-like as I possibly can. I just love Easter! It's not about candy, or bunnies, or colored eggs (although those things are fun)...It is about Jesus Christ. My wish is that everyone this Easter season will keep Christ in their hearts and on their minds. He is the true meaning of Easter!
